US Capitol Building on Lockdown due to "external security threat"
Those inside are being advised to stay away from windows

It comes after US Capitiol Police tweeted that they'd heard reports of a vehicle being driven into two police officers at the North Barricade vehicle access point along Independence Avenue.
A suspect is in custody. Both officers are injured. All three have been transported to the hospital.
