POLICE INVESTIGATE AFTER HUMAN REMAINS FOUND AT LONDON PROPERTY
Police are investigating after human remains were found at an address in south-west London.
The remains were discovered on Friday after welfare concerns were raised about an occupant at the property on Nowell Road in Barnes, Richmond.
Analysis confirmed they were those of a human and a post-mortem examination would take place in due course, the Met Police said.
The death is being investigated by the force's Specialist Crime Command.
It is understood the case is not expected to be found to be a homicide.
