Man arrested on suspicion of murdering delivery driver in Leeds has been named

Detectives have named a man they are hunting over the murder of a parcel delivery driver.

Eddie Hampshire, 24, is wanted for murder over the death of Claudiu-Carol Kondor, who was dragged to his death as he attempted to stop the theft of his van in Leeds. A 32-year-old man has already been arrested on suspicion of murder. Detective Chief Inspector James Entwistle, of West Yorkshire Police, said: “The investigation into Mr Kondor’s murder is progressing at pace and we are now appealing for information from the public to help trace Eddie Hampshire as a suspect for his murder. “We are continuing to carry out extensive enquiries to locate him, following the arrest of a man on suspicion of murder last night, and we need to hear urgently from anyone who has seen Hampshire or who has any information that could assist in securing his arrest.”
