A planned tube strike for next week has been suspended

Members of the RMT union on the Victoria Line were due to walk out for 24 hours

A planned strike by drivers on the London Underground has been suspended.

Members of the Rail, Maritime and Transport union on the Victoria line were due to walk out for 24 hours from the evening of November 27.

The union, which said there had been a breakdown in industrial relations, announced that the action had been suspended to allow further talks with London Underground.
