One in 20 workers don't receive holiday pay - report
A new analysis from the Resolution Foundation think tank warns that around one in 20 workers have reported not receiving holiday entitlement.
That's despite being legally entitled to 28 days per year, with around one in ten not receiving a payslip.
Workers aged under 25 and over 65 are the most likely not to receive a payslip, the report says, with one in six workers over the age of 65 also reporting that they have no paid holiday entitlement.
The analysis also cites work conducted by HMRC, which found 200,000 cases of people not being paid the minimum wage.
